ZPEB’s Subsidiary in Ecuador

Introduction

Ecuador is ZPEB’s major market for petroleum engineering services in the South America. Ever since 2002, ZPEB has successively contracted engineering services of drilling, 3D seismic data acquisition and seismic data processing, etc. for PETROPRODUCTION, Ecuador. Many operation records have been created in drilling at various blocks by means of safety, high quality and high efficiency, and reputation has been made in the local circle of petroleum industry in Ecuador for its deep sense of environmental protection and skilled technology in seismic survey operations in the jungles of the South America. With more and more investment to Ecuador by Chinese oil companies, ZPEB’ s petroleum engineering services in Ecuador will have a broad prospect, relying on its services of drilling, seismic survey, wokovers, etc. and joint development along with other businesses.

Services and Equipment

Seismic Survey: One 3D seismic survey crew with equipment of 408UL.
Drilling: One ZJ50D rig with the maximum drilling depth of 5000m.

Personnel

At present, Chinese employees of 35, and foreign employees of 116 are in Ecuador.
