ZPEB's Sudan Subsidiary

Introduction

Sudan is ZPEB’s major market for petroleum engineering service in Africa. Up to now from 1996, the services in Sudan offered by ZPEB have ranged from 2D and 3D seismic data acquisition & processing, drilling, cementing, workover, mud logging, wireline logging, transportation, pipeline laying, tubular maintenance, etc.. ZPEB’ has become a foreign company with the most complete service items in Sudan. With high-quality services and better prestige, ZPEB has been widely praised by clients in Sudan.

Service and Equipment

Seismic Survey: Four 2D and 3D seismic survey crews with equipment of 408UL and SN388.
Drilling: 7 drilling rigs including a 50D rig and two 40D rigs with the maximum drilling depth of 5000m;
Workover: 6 workover rigs including 4 XJ-650 rigs with the maximum workover depth of 5500m;
Cementing: CPT-N4 and CPT-Y4 two-engine & twin-pump cementing unit, and a kind of tri-engine & twin-pump cementing unit made by Halliburton, and a set of Chandler laboratory.
Mud logging: 2 sets of DLS and 1 set of NLS.
Wireline logging: 1 set of SKH-2000 logging unit.
Transportation Team: 24 cranes of 16 -60 ton, 56 trailers of 20 – 60 ton.
Data processing: A seismic data processing center.
Surface construction: A service crew for oilfield surface construction

Personnel

At present, Chinese employees of 656, and foreign employees of 583 are in Sudan.
