[ 2010-07-13 ]

Ever since the beginning of the activity for comparing with, learning from, overtaking the advanced and helping those lagged behind, rig crew 717 of ZPEB Sudan subsidiary has been taking on a new look. Propagandas have been made in places as the rig-floor duty room, dinning room, meeting room, etc, creating a dense atmosphere for the activity of comparing with the advanced, learning from the advanced, catching up with the advanced, overtaking the advanced, striving for the first and wining the banner.

During the rig move to well location of Moga 1-6 in June, rig crew 717 was giving full play to the staff’s subjective initiative and their collective wisdom and effort, broke the record of original 81 hours for rig move by another rig crew in the subsidiary and created the new record of 74 hours for rig move with top drive on the rig.

In order to reduce rig-move time, rig crew 717 promptly conducted reconnaissance survey on road and site after the new well location was determined, doing its best to choose the road or path with better surface condition. At the same time, it kept the rig-move transportation company informed of its drilling operation progress, and urged it to make preparation for timely collecting vehicles. Prior to the rig-move operation, it had made careful arrangements for the personnel assignment and vehicles dispatching. During the rig-move operation, it rationally distributed cranes, and timely assigned personnel according to the change of workload at the new and old rig site, and has enhanced the efficiency of rigging-up operation.
