There are over 380 sets of various advanced testing equipment for drill tools, including Newtech drill-tool flaw detector, MK-34 drill-tool flaw detector, UTEA-1 drill-rod flaw detector, AWS roller-type drill-tool aligning unit, 16S-160 mud motor testing bracket, PT13 downhole-tool dismantling bracket, and Model 130 drill-rod friction welding machine.

Drilling tools are available with strong matching capacity, and there are about 700,000m drill rod with 16 types in 5 categories. It owns over 200 sets of various hydraulic BOPs from 21Mpa to 70Mpa, including the world advanced Model 7100 rotary BOP. There are about 120 sets of remote-control panels, 140 sets of choke manifolds and 130 sets of kill manifold. There are about 4500 sets of coring and downhole tools with 19 models in 5 categories. These tools and equipment can meet the requirement of various well-bore configurations, and can simultaneously offer necessary accessories for over 126 rig crews.

ZPEB Drilling Tool and Equipment Services has strong capacity for machining, repairing and testing of drill tools, and can machine 5" drill rod and 13-3/8" casing of various steel grades. It can perform the processing of over 10 procedures for drill tools of 2-3/8" - 7-5/8", including aligning, cleaning, checking, flaw detecting, gradation, threads repairing and copper plating, thread-surface phosphating, hard-alloy spraying for friction resistance belt on the joint area, friction butt-welding of drill pipe connection and butt welding of drill collar. It can machine and process specialized threads for tubular goods in high precision according to API Standard, and can assemble and disassemble downhole tools with maximum torque of 200KNM. It can also perform downhole simulation test for mud motor of 4-3/4"-11-1/4", which will offer reliable basis for comprehensive evaluation of mud motor
